Exchange or Return of Goods

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return or exchange the books within 14 days of receiving them.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The books are in their original condition (not used or damaged).

  • You provide a receipt or order confirmation from BoCaffeine.

  • Any promotional items or gifts included with the order are also returned.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method within the timeframe established by current legislation.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Orders usually take 2–5 business days to arrive within Austria and up to 7 business days for EU countries.
If your order hasn’t arrived after this period, please check your tracking link (sent by email) or contact our support team at support@daarayat.de for assistance.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our delivery partners do not operate on public holidays. Orders placed during these days will be processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, we deliver to all areas within Austria and most EU countries. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available only for selected locations in Austria. Please check availability during checkout.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, yes. For secure delivery, the courier may require a signature. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a note with re-delivery instructions or you can arrange pickup at the nearest depot.
